Telling the difference between intuition and anxiety can feel like playing emotional detective—one clue leads you forward, while the other sends you into a web of overthinking. But don’t worry, by the end of this post, you’ll have a clear way to tell them apart (without flipping a coin or texting five friends for validation).

Intuition: Your Inner GPS (That Actually Knows Where It's Going)

Intuition is that subtle, knowing feeling that nudges you in the right direction—without a 20-minute debate in your head.

 It’s:

✅ Gentle, calm, and reassuring
✅ Focused on the present moment
✅ Free of panic, even if it warns you of something
✅ Usually followed by a sense of clarity and relief
